Cas Aloys

Sencelles

Cas Aloys is a building project on a rustic land for a large family seeking functionality combined with a modern touch which integrates into the landscape.

The design is conceived in an L-shape volume with an opening directed towards the south. The house is accessed through a double space that divides the area into a night zone and a day zone. Likewise on the first floor, this double space separates the bedrooms of the girls from the boys.

One of the identifying features of this project is the use, already visible from the outside, of autochthonous materials such as the combination of local Mallorcan stone and Marés sandstone so typical of local architecture.
