The design of this house is conditioned by its location, just in front of a school. The owners wanted as much privacy as possible facing the exterior as well as a large interior opening which has been established by creating an interior patio and a swimming pool.

One of the most relevant aspects of this project can be found in the design of the façade which is composed of two opaque volumes on the first floor and a central access patio.

On the ground floor, the entire façade has been treated with a wooden slat covering which projects a continuity with the surroundings while, at the same time, respecting Mallorcan style identity.
